What exactly is the ClearGrowth Diagnostic?

A structured 2-hour diagnostic of the commercial system underneath your business — revenue reality, strategic clarity, execution discipline, and the gaps between them. The diagnostic surfaces what we call the Strategy-Execution Gap — the place where the work being done doesn’t map cleanly to the commercial outcomes the business needs. The output is a written report mapping where growth is being built, where the friction sits, and the two or three highest-leverage moves to make next.

What do I get in the report?

A written diagnostic, typically 20–30 pages, covering: a tier-rated read of each commercial theme; a synthesis of where the system is working and where it isn’t; the two or three priority moves, in sequence, with what each will cost in attention, capital and time; and a short set of follow-on questions worth answering before acting.

How long does it take to get the report?

You’ll receive the written report within five business days of the diagnostic session. It’s delivered as a single PDF — ready to share with co-founders, investors, or your leadership team.

What do I need to prepare?

A short pre-work brief will be shared on booking — current revenue position, top three commercial questions, and any data you’d like the diagnostic to be grounded in.

What happens after the report?

Whatever you decide. The report is the deliverable; it stands alone. If you choose to act on the moves it identifies, the diagnostic becomes the entry point for an advisory or fractional engagement, with the initial investment credited.
